Mmmmm. . .


This is a new wonderful favorite. For this $3.99 box and an bag of nans (flat bread) Mike and

I can have a yummy meal. It takes two minutes in the microwave, and "TaDa!" a yummy meal.

I don't know if you've tried Amy's Kitchen varieties of Indian food but it's some seriously good microwaveable food. It's typically next to the vegetarian stuff in most grocery stores. Her cheese enchiladas and mexican bowls are excellent as well, but I don't like the shepherd's pie one at all.
