Zoo Day

Tuesday was zoo day. We went to the zoo in the morning and made it back for naps. The kids seemed pretty tired today so I'm not sure what we'll do tomorrow. I'll also get some picutres up tomorrow.

Yesterday and Today. . .

Yesterday was pretty low key. We went to church and played in the yard. Sara had bought the kids some balls to bounce on. It took Grace a bit to figure it out. . .Miriam was a pro since she has one in Chicago. . .but it didn't take long and the two were bouncing all over the place. After eating pasta with red sauce on it the kids were in desperate need for a bath. . .we accomplished that in shifts since we thought four in 1 small tub was pushing it. Today we went to the mall, played on the playground and rode the carousel. Miriam and Grace happened to have similar dresses so they were "twins" today. Then while Sara fixed dinner I took the kids outside to play in the pool. . .this was a huge hit with limited fighting. . .we have been struggling to explain the concept of sharing to two 3 year olds. . .not an easy concept. Overall we have been doing well and having fun.

We are still here. . .

and alive. We have gotten into somewhat of a routine. Morning time is outing time. Afternoon naps, and break time for all. Then play around the house and dinner time. Followed by bedtime routine and maybe a little T.V. All weekend it rained which limited us a little, but the weather is suppose to be nice for the rest of the week so hopefully we can take advantage of that. 4 days down5 to go. . .

At least I'm making some kind of progress. . .

Just so you know...

Tomorrow it begins. Tomorrow is the day we are sending off the boys. Tomorrow there will be two adults and 4 kids under 4. Tomorrow.

Peek at the babes. . .yesterday and today.

Grace my photographer and Obie trying to show off his blue car.

Obie=Lounging

Grace found an almost dead worm. Right after I clicked this picture, without warning, she flug the stick and the poor worm went flying into the yarn. I'm glad she didn't aim at me.
